We're seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at our Chevrolet dealership in Oconomowoc, WI. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Under the direction of the Office Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests and support daily administrative needs.

What You'll Do:

Route incoming calls, take messages, and provide basic information to callers Greet and assist customers as they arrive Receive payments and maintain accurate deposit logs Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents Provide general clerical and administrative support as requested

What We're Looking For:

Previous auto dealership experience preferred but not required Valid driver's license Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment Rotating schedule
