Position:
Receptionist Schedule :
20 hours per week;
Monday-Friday:
4pm-8pm
Pay:

We are looking for an energetic individual to join our team as a hospitality focused Receptionist.
Primary Responsibilities:
Answering and transferring (often multiple) incoming calls in a timely and professional manner; promptly and accurately relaying messages and directives to the appropriate parties, giving information, directions, and other appropriate assistance to residents, staff, guests, contractors, and vendors, while also performing a variety of other clerical duties as assigned- often simultaneously. Opens and closes the reception desk, properly securing all files, keys, and equipment in the office area. Keeping office supply inventory and ordering as needed. Communicates to the appropriate parties, promptly and clearly, all messages and material directed to them through the business office. Creating and preparing documents, flyers, copies, and correspondence letters/e-mails for various departments in the building. Accepts and records payments, reservations, appointments, and cancellations. Attends in-services and trainings as assigned. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of reception related experience in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written, electronic, and verbal communication. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, problem solve and prioritize. Capable of focusing with frequent interruptions, quickly pivoting between tasks. Technologically proficient with programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Chrome, Teams, Calendar, etc., and able to quickly familiarize with new programs, websites, and electronics such as printers, walkie talkies, mail/stamp machines, multi-line phone systems, work order apps, etc. Pleasant, upbeat, and social attitude; handles requests, questions, comments, concerns, and grievances in a calm and professional manner. Experience working with seniors is a plus. All new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility.
