Job Description

#LI-Hybrid Overview Performs standard and moderately complex administrative duties. Maintains records and systems for assigned Department. Answers phone and mail, responding to member inquiries and resolving routine questions. Types letters, memorandums and reports. Conducts routine mailings. Schedules appointments.

Core Responsibilities Maintains accurate departmental records in digital and hard copy formats, including check ledger and confidential information; inputs data and generates documents and reports. Assembles and mails monthly publications and other information as requested. Develops and maintains files, as well as interoffice and special request mailing lists. Greets, screens and refers callers and visitors; schedules appointments; answers routine questions and information requests. Opens, sorts, screens, refers and distributes mail. Processes address changes; resolves issues related to subscriptions. Types documents, spreadsheets and correspondence that may be confidential. Composes and answers routine correspondence. Maintains inventory of office supplies and orders as needed; performs other duties as assigned.

Required:
