Front Desk Associate (Part-Time Nights & Weekends) Plainville, CT | Part-Time Camp Pickleball is growing fast — and we're looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Front Desk Associate to join our team! If you love working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy being part of a fun and active community, this could be a great fit. What You'll Do As the first face players see when they walk in, you'll help create an outstanding member experience through: Greeting members and guests with a warm, welcoming attitude Checking players in and assisting with reservations in CourtReserve Answering questions about memberships, programs, clinics, leagues, and events Assisting with retail sales — paddles, apparel, and merchandise Helping maintain a clean, organized facility (lobby, courtside gear, etc.) Supporting coaches and management as needed to ensure smooth operations Handling general administrative tasks (emails, scheduling, processing payments) What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is: Friendly and great with people of all ages Dependable, responsible, and able to multitask Comfortable using computers, tablets, and point-of-sale software Organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills Happy working in a lively, community-focused environment Pickleball experience is a bonus — but not required (training provided)
