The ideal candidate is personable, professional, detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and genuinely enjoys hospitality. Responsibilities Warmly welcome and check in guests while maintaining a calm, luxury spa atmosphere Answer phone calls, text messages, emails, and client questions professionally and promptly Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage appointments Become knowledgeable about our treatments, memberships, packages, gift cards, and retail products Help clients select the appropriate service when needed Process client checkouts and payments accurately Communicate with service providers throughout the day to help keep the schedule running smoothly Prepare the reception and waiting areas before opening and maintain their appearance throughout the day Offer guests tea, water, and other arrival amenities Assist with retail product recommendations and sales Respond professionally to client concerns and help resolve issues when appropriate Support daily opening and closing procedures Assist with light administrative tasks and general spa organization Help maintain the high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality expected at Head Spa by Bare What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Friendly, welcoming, and naturally hospitable Professional and polished in appearance and communication Reliable and punctual Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment Calm and gracious when handling client concerns or schedule changes Comfortable using computers, tablets, scheduling software, email, and text messaging Able to learn our services and confidently explain them to guests Comfortable discussing memberships, packages, retail products, and upgrades without creating a high-pressure sales experience A strong team player who notices what needs to be done and takes initiative Previous experience in a spa, salon, hotel, med spa, wellness business, hospitality environment, or customer service position is strongly preferred. The Right Personality Our front desk is the first and last impression of the spa. We want someone who understands that luxury hospitality is in the details—remembering a returning guest, noticing when someone needs assistance, keeping the reception area beautiful, communicating calmly when the schedule changes, and making every client feel genuinely cared for. You should enjoy interacting with people while also understanding when to preserve the quiet, relaxing atmosphere of the spa.
