Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a warm and professional experience. You will manage daily administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, handle correspondence, and support office operations with enthusiasm and efficiency. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help maintain a smooth-running office environment, fostering positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members alike. Duties Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, maintaining excellent phone etiquette on multi-line phone systems. Manage incoming calls, screen inquiries, and provide prompt, courteous customer support. Handle data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and spreadsheets. Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—ensuring easy retrieval of documents. Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff members or executives. Support office management by ordering supplies, coordinating maintenance requests, and managing general administrative duties. Proofread correspondence and documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism. Provide personal assistant support including task prioritization, time management, and organization of meetings or events. Qualifications Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office environment with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) along with computer literacy and technical proficiency. Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone communication skills. Strong organizational skills with high accuracy; ability to manage deadlines efficiently. Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor and positive attitude. Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Pay:
