Front Desk Receptionist -

ASAP Animal Clinic Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM ASAP Animal Clinic is seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Receptionist to manage our busy front office. This role is essential to keeping the clinic running smoothly, especially in a high-volume environment. We are a very busy clinic!

Key Responsibilities:

Check patients in and out efficiently Manage and oversee the daily schedule, including booking and adjusting appointments Answer phones and coordinate appointments with accuracy Provide clear communication between clients and veterinary staff Process payments and maintain organized records Keep the front desk running smoothly throughout the day

Requirements:

Must be reliable, punctual, and organized Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to handle a high-volume, fast-paced environment Strong communication and multitasking skills Must pass a drug test Friendly•

Preferred:

Previous front desk, medical, or veterinary experience

Ideal Candidate:

Someone who can stay calm under pressure, take control of the schedule, and keep the flow of the clinic efficient and organized.
