Receptionist:

• + Greet visitors and manage incoming calls + Provide general administrative and clerical support + Coordinate meetings, conference rooms, and office logistics + Assist with reports, supplies, and special projects + Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information + Monitor office activity and report concerns as needed + Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations (HIPAA, etc.

• Job requirements:
