Tiger Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious investment management firm in Miami hiring a highly professional and organized Office Coordinator / Receptionist. This is an excellent early-career opportunity for a proactive candidate looking to build a career in business support within the finance industry. The ideal candidate will have prior client-facing and administrative experience within a finance, investment management, family office, or similar professional environment. The Office Coordinator will support the Office Manager with the day-to-day running of a c.30-person office, helping to ensure a professional, welcoming, and efficiently run workplace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage the reception area and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner. Answer and direct calls, emails, and general enquiries. Coordinate meeting rooms, appointments, and office schedules. Support the day-to-day administration and smooth running of the office (25-30 people). Liaise with building management, suppliers, couriers, and service providers. Manage office supplies, deliveries, and general facilities requirements. Assist with meeting and client hospitality as required. Provide administrative support to the wider team when needed. Maintain a polished, professional, and well-organised office environment. Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
