This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills, ready to manage multiple tasks efficiently while creating a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills in a professional setting. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at the front desk Manage phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of records Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mailings, and courier services Provide general office management support by maintaining supplies, organizing files, and overseeing clerical duties such as typing and document preparation Skills Proven experience with office management and administrative functions in a fast-paced environment Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Exceptional phone etiquette skills for handling with professionalism and clarity Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Experience in customer service roles is a plus Familiarity with clerical tasks such as proofreading, filing, data entry, and calendar management Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while providing outstanding customer support Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while fostering your professional growth.
