This dynamic role combines exceptional customer service with administrative excellence, ensuring every guest's experience begins and ends on a high note. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help create a serene yet lively atmosphere, making each visitor feel valued and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. Core Responsibilities

Patient Check-In/Check-Out:
Greet patients, verify appointments, collect intake forms, and process payments for treatments, retail products, and services

Scheduling & Coordination:
Book, confirm, and modify appointments using medical spa scheduling software
•
Phone & Online Inquiries:
Answer calls and respond to messages, providing service information and converting inquiries into bookings

Retail Sales & Upselling:
Assist with product sales, treatment recommendations, and package promotions
•
Administrative Support:
Maintain appointment books, manage patient flow, and support clinical staff with documentation and data entry
•
Customer Service:
Resolve concerns promptly, ensure a positive first and last impression, and maintain a luxury hospitality standard

Data Management:
Update patient records, track treatment schedules, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare privacy practices Skills & Qualifications

Technology Proficiency:
