Job Description

Front Desk/Receptionist The receptionist needs to deliver exceptional customer service assistance and provide an overall welcoming environment. Job duties include taking messages and providing basic information to all caller inquiries and concerns in a timely manner while maintaining a positive demeanor, routes incoming calls when needed, greeting visitors when they arrive. Intake vehicles upon arrival. Schedule pickups, process Total Losses-Repo's, etc. Process payments. Be thorough and pay attention to detail, administration skills, patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures). Handling Night Claims every other week with additional pay.
