Job Description
Receptionist Monday-Friday / 4pm-8pm Saturday and Sunday / 8a-4p The Receptionist plays a key role in supporting guests, patients, and families by delivering consistent, high‑quality customer service. This position serves as a primary point of contact for visitors and works closely with nursing and administrative teams to ensure a positive experience for all individuals entering the facility. The Receptionist also assists patients and families with questions or concerns that may arise during their stay.
