As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for: Greeting patients, families, and visitors and directing them to their destinations Answering and responding to phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls as needed Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion Managing and processing patient records and billing information Providing administrative support to our nursing and rehabilitation teams Maintaining a clean and organized reception area, including answering and responding to requests from internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

0-2 years of experience in a healthcare or customer service setting High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field a plus
