Role:
The Front Desk Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors at our Florida location. This position is responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring that all inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. The receptionist will serve as the first point of contact, setting the tone for the overall experience of our guests. Additionally, this role involves coordinating appointments, managing phone calls, and providing administrative support to various departments. Ultimately, the Front Desk Receptionist contributes significantly to the smooth operation of the office and the satisfaction of our clients.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment and excel a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a customer service role. Familiarity with scheduling software or office management systems. Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the calendar for the office. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Provide administrative support, including data entry and filing.
