Responsibilities:

Good listening and communications skills and be able to provide an excellent customer service. Provide the correct information when asked, answer calls and enter a client in for an appointment, handle payment process. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Handle pets with patience and care, ensuring a stress-free experience Assist groomers and support team operations as needed

Requirements:

Passion for working with animals Ability to lift and handle pets of various sizes Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Experience required
