Job Description
Front Desk Receptionist - Unified Care Services Doral, FL | In-Office | Full-Time / Part-Time Unified Care Services (UCS) is a pediatric home health and DME/pharmacy provider serving Miami-Dade and Broward County. We're looking for a warm, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the first friendly face our patients, families, and visitors see when they walk through our doors. In this role, you'll manage our front office and visitor experience while also supporting our Customer Service team with patient satisfaction outreach. What You'll Do Greet all patients, caregivers, and visitors warmly and professionally upon arrival Maintain an accurate visitor sign-in/sign-out log Verify visitor identity and purpose of visit, and direct them to the right person or department Keep the front office area clean, organized, and welcoming Answer, screen, and route incoming calls Conduct outbound follow-up calls to patients post-delivery to check on satisfaction Document compliments, complaints, and service recovery actions Coordinate with Billing, Clinical, Warehouse, Respiratory Therapy, Sales, and Operations to connect visitors with the right team Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company policies What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus) 1+ year of customer service, receptionist, or front office experience Healthcare or DME experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficient with Microsoft Office and customer service software A professional, empathetic, and customer-first attitude Why UCS?
