Overview A growing company is seeking a Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, subcontractors, and callers. This role is ideal for a professional, organized, and bilingual individual who can manage front desk responsibilities while providing general administrative support to the office. Key Responsibilities Greet and direct visitors, vendors, and subcontractors in a professional manner Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Manage conference room scheduling and help maintain presentable common areas Order, organize, and maintain office supplies Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed Serve as the first point of contact and create a welcoming office environment Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills Comfortable interacting with visitors, vendors, subcontractors, and employees Strong communication and customer service skills Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Ability to multitask and manage front desk responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment Why This Role Matters This role is an important part of the company's day-to-day operations and serves as the first impression for visitors, clients, vendors, and business partners.
