Full Job Description Description:
The Receptionist / Customer Care Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, vendors, and employees. This role is responsible for providing a professional and welcoming experience to all guests while supporting Customer Care operations through the management of emails and cases within Dynamics. The Receptionist also provides administrative support and assists with incoming call volume as needed.
Requirements:
Front Desk & Visitor Experience Serve as the primary receptionist and point of contact for all walk-in visitors. Professionally greet, assist, and direct visitors, residents, vendors, and employees. Maintain a polished, professional appearance and represent the company positively at all times. Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming. Handle general inquiries and provide excellent customer service in person. Customer Care Support Monitor and manage customer inquiries received through Dynamics. Review, assign, track, and follow up on Customer Care cases and emails. Escalate issues appropriately when necessary to ensure timely resolution. Maintain accurate records and case notes within Dynamics. Communicate professionally with customers regarding the status of requests and inquiries. Call Center & Phone Support Answer and route incoming telephone calls. Provide overflow call support during periods of increased call volume. Assist customers by phone with general inquiries and service-related requests. Ensure all calls are handled courteously, professionally, and efficiently. Administrative Support Perform general administrative duties, including: Filing and organizing records Shredding confidential documents Scanning and copying documents Maintaining office supplies Assisting with miscellaneous clerical tasks Support other departments with administrative projects as assigned. Spanish and English required.
