Job Description
Brickbox HOA Management is now hiring a front desk person to manage our office's reception of mail, guests and all day phone calls. The receptionist should be available Monday to Friday and should have previous office management experience. You will occasionally act as the 'face' of our company and ensure visitors receive a heartwarming welcome. You will coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, reservations and guest services. As a Front office manager, you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude. Our ideal candidate can deal efficiently with complaints and has a solid customer service approach. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our front desk provides professional and friendly service to our guests and team members. We are looking to interview this week and hire when we find the right candidate. Responsibilities Ensure front desk is tidy and has all necessary stationery and materials Support office staff and team members Provide support to managing partners and use your anticipatory skills to assist them Ensure timely and accurate customer service Handle complaints and specific customers' requests Troubleshoot emergencies Monitor stock and order office supplies, kitchen supplies and conference room supplies Ensure proper mail distribution Prepare the office in the morning for the staff to arrive Keep updated records of office expenses and costs Ensure company's policies and security requirements are met Manage conference room scheduling Skills Proven work experience as a Front desk manager or Reception manager Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers) Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management, and basic bookkeeping procedures Proficiency in English (oral and written) Solid knowledge of MS Office and calendar management Excellent communication and people skills Good organizational and multitasking abilities Problem-solving skills High School diploma; additional certification is a plus
Schedule:
8 hour shift Monday to Friday Additional Benefit Corporate housing available for discounted rent.Job Type:
