Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities:

Must have the highest level of customer service qualities. Up Beat, outgoing personality, peoples person Handle scheduling at the centre; schedule and input appointments into the computer ensuring maximizing availability Greet and assist guests upon checking in and checking out of Spa Informs management of patient cancellations or changes in schedule Must maintain a professional look at all times. Answer and route calls. Maintain a log of all calls requiring further action. Perform a variety of routine clerical tasks. Maintain a clean and orderly reception area. Retrieve, sort and deliver mail. Serve clients if needed. Basic photo and video skills Preferable experience creating social media posts

Requirements:

At least 2 years' related experience. Proficient in the use of computers and related software such Word/Excell/Pages/Canva Excellent communication skills - verbal and written. Pleasant telephone manner and sweet personality. High School diploma required Service oriented. Critical thinking. Active listening. Fluent in English. Knowledge Spanish, Russian or Polish is a plus.
