We are currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for our Adult Medicine division in Fort Myers. Monday through Friday.
Our Check-Out Receptionists:
Receive, code, post patient payments, issue receipts, and process credit card transactions Assist patients with account/balance questions or provides referral to Financial Counselor Maintain accurate deposit information to include reports and encounter forms Reconcile daily cash and maintains balances each day Maintain the strictest confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations To be Successful -You Need:
Knowledge of clinical cash payment policies and procedures Great attention to detail and the ability to record information accurately Ability to develop and maintain a good rapport and a cooperative working relationship with providers, staff, and patients Knowledge of insurances, referrals, and eligibility a must One year of medical office experience or a combination of medical education and office experience neededWhat PPC Offers:
