Various Shifts 3-11p and 11p-7A Night Audit Overview Join our hospitality team as a Front Desk Receptionist / Night Audit, where your energy and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests around the clock. In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our property, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, managing guest inquiries, and overseeing overnight operations with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your multitasking skills and hospitality expertise will help foster a warm, efficient environment that keeps guests satisfied and our property running seamlessly through the night. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hotel management skills while delivering exceptional guest services. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and clear communication throughout their stay Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using property management systems (PMS) Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism, ensuring prompt resolution to enhance guest satisfaction Conduct night audit duties by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating reports, and ensuring accuracy in all records Maintain and conducting routine safety inspections during overnight hours Assist with emergency procedures, including hotel safety protocols and guest evacuation plans when necessary Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure the property's smooth operation overnight Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations. Strong knowledge of hospitality reservation systems like Choice Advantage. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and excellent phone etiquette Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices Ability to problem-solve quickly and communicate clearly with clients and team members under pressure Previous night audit experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive in fast-paced environments.
