Job Description

Immigration law firm is searching for Administrative assistant/receptionist to join our fast-paced team to Immokalee (Tuesdays/ Thursdays) and Fort Myers office ( Mon, Wed, Fri). Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish and professional demeanor required. Main duties include but are not limited to:
  • Answering phone calls
  • Updating attorney` s calendar and checking deadlines
  • Sorting and organizing files
  • Printing, copying
  • Receiving evidence
  • Mailing out and receiving letters
  • Other administrative duties Mandatory requirements:
  • fluent in Spanish and English,
  • skilled with Google calendar,
Windows, Microsoft Office Job Type:
