Job Description
We are looking for a devoted Full-Time Receptionist-Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for: 1. Greeting clients and visitors, and giving them directions 2. Contacting employees regarding visitors 3. Making telephone calls, answering and transferring phones, and taking messages 4. Sorting and distributing mail 5. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes 6. Updating lists, LOGs, reports, and censuses 7. Filing and archiving 8. Keeping and updating inventory lists 9. Organizing and distributing supplies for the office, staff and the residents 10. Emailing clients about events or required documents To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Prior experience as a receptionist/administrative assistant is needed.
