Part-Time We have an immediate opening for a Part-Time Front Desk / Leasing Assistant to join our team at our Hobe Sound, FL office. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable individual with apartment leasing and/or sales experience . Previous experience in apartment rentals is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, have strong computer and typing skills, and possess excellent communication and customer service abilities. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and enjoys working as part of a team. Responsibilities Greet prospective residents and conduct tours of available apartment homes. Follow up with prospective renters and leasing leads. Prepare lease agreements and related leasing documents in accordance with company policies and regulations. Collect rent payments, security deposits, and application fees.
