Job Description
We are an established family oriented Chiropractic office in the Homestead/Florida City area looking for a Chiropractic Front Desk/Receptionist who is highly motivated, friendly, energetic and a team player with strong communication skills. Chiropractic office experience with knowledge of ChiroTouch software preferred but not required as we are also willing to train the right person.

MUST Position Duties:
- Answering phones
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Confirming patient appointments
- Collecting patient co-payments
- Recording patient co-payments
- Insurance verification
- Obtaining insurance authorizations
- Specialist and Diagnostic referrals
- Filing
- Maintain office logs
- End of day transaction reconciliation

Full Time Office Hours:
- Monday through Thursday 8:45am to 6pm
- Friday 8:45am to 1pm This is a great opportunity for a responsible and qualified person.
