Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and team members. Your organizational skills and computer literacy will ensure smooth office management and efficient administrative support. Responsibilities Greet visitors promptly and professionally, ensuring a warm first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, directing calls accurately and efficiently. Perform data entry, filing, and proofreading to maintain accurate records and support administrative functions. Support office management duties including supply inventory, mail distribution, and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries in person or via phone/email, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Qualifications Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and basic data entry. Prior clerical or administrative experience preferred; familiarity with office management practices is a plus. Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor and strong phone etiquette. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy under pressure.
