As a representative of our organization, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, families, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans Answer, forward, and screen phone calls Sort and distribute mail Perform ad-hoc administrative duties Provide accurate information and deal with complaints in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Able to work afternoons and weekends/ rotating schedule
