$15.00 per hour Join Our Team as a Receptionist! Lake City Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Part-Time Evening Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff, you will help create a warm, welcoming, and positive experience while supporting the daily administrative operations of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. Responsibilities Answer and route incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally. Welcome residents, visitors, vendors, and guests while providing exceptional customer service. Direct visitors to the appropriate departments and assist with general inquiries. Perform clerical and administrative duties, including filing, copying, scanning, and data entry. Monitor facility security cameras and report any concerns following facility procedures. Maintain the front reception area in a clean, organized, and professional manner. Assist with incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or clerical experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel) and standard office equipment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Previous experience in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or healthcare setting is a plus.
