Consider a position in a State Farm Agent's office as a Bilingual (Spanish) Receptionist•Team Member. Insurance experience is not required, we will train the right person with the right skill set. Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Responsibilities Performs administrative, office support activities and customer service. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. Requirements:

Must be fluent in English and Spanish Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License (must be able to obtain•we will pay for licensing) Must be dependable, and have a track record of providing excellent customer service to clients. Excellent communication skills•written, verbal and listening Must be able to work 8 hours a day without being on cell phone, unless for emergencies. Must have a dependable vehicle to and from work.
