Receptionist | Primary Care | Day | Full-Time

Job Description

Overview Under the direction of the Site Supervisor, the receptionist coordinates the daily patient flow including, but not limited to patient registration, patient authorizations, scheduling, co-payment posting and answers multiple telephone lines.
Qualifications Education:
High School or GED equivalent.
Associates Degree Preferred Experience Required:
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Minimum of 2 years Medical Practice Front Desk experience required. Electronic Health Record experience required.
Special Skills/Training:
Experienced in dealing with the public, strong customer service skills; and age specific-care.
