The RAVA Receptionist will be responsible for warmly greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance on the phone and in person. This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment. This includes performing administrative and data entry duties in support of Sales & Service Team.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer Answer high volume calls & emails in a timely manner Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed Perform daily data entry work for Sales & Services in an efficient manner Assist in the quoting and invoicing of customers Contact potential customers on our behalf with inquiries Assist in other duties as assign that support the overarching values & goals ofRAVA EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required 1-2 years of relevant experience in an office environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Able to type 35 wpm minimum Strong phone skills Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English (Spanish a plus) Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance Excellent interpersonal skills Punctual with strong attendance historyCOMPUTER SKILLS
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Quickbooks a plus!LANGUAGE SKILLS
Bi-lingual excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. OTHER Strong client/customer service focus. Ability to interact well with others and work within a team oriented environment. Willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and demonstrate flexibility. Detailed oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills. Operational Hours Monday - Friday 8am-5pm position with one hour lunch breakPresence & Attire:
