Job Description

Overview Gator Development Corp. is seeking a professional, organized, and dependable Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact at our Executive Floor in our Miami Lakes office. This position plays an important role in ensuring smooth daily front office operations by managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, coordinating mail and deliveries, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional office environment. Duties Duties Greet visitors, tenants, vendors, and guests in a professional and welcoming manner Experience & Qualifications Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk coordinator, administrative assistant, or in a similar office support role Fluency in Spanish is required, including speaking, reading, and writing, to effectively communicate with tenants Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience managing a multi-line phone system Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize Professional, friendly, and customer-service-oriented demeanor Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to work independently while also supporting a team in a fast-paced environment Previous real estate or property management experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage based on experience Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off and holidays Professional development and growth opportunities Answer and manage a multi-line phone system promptly and courteously from 8:30 AM-5:30 PM Prioritize incoming calls from executive leadership and ensure messages are handled or forwarded promptly Retrieve, log, and distribute voicemails, emails, and faxes to the appropriate team members Provide professional customer service to tenants, vendors, and visitors Receive, open, date-stamp, and distribute incoming mail Track and manage FedEx, certified mail, courier, and other deliveries Prepare and label outgoing mail, FedEx, and UPS packages accurately and on time Maintain the daily leasing call log and distribute it to the appropriate team members Keep the reception area clean, organized, professional, and properly stocked Maintain the Pitney Bowes postage machine, including updating the date and monitoring available postage Coordinate front desk coverage during breaks, PTO, and other absences Use Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, for routine administrative tasks Provide additional administrative support to the Vice President of Administration and Gator Development Corp. as needed
Pay:
$19.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
