DESCRIPTION

Warmly greet clients upon arrival, guide them to their corresponding stations and inform nail technicians of client's arrival. Book and confirm appointments via text message and phone. Process transactions and issue receipts. Proper hospitality to better clients' experience (catch up with/talk to clients, offer beverages such as coffee/water/wine, make clients comfortable). Sell services and products (cuticle oils, scrubs, gift cards). Photograph manicures and produce social media content during shift.

REQUIREMENTS

MUST be bilingual (Spanish). Experience in the customer service field (ex. Receptionist, Retail Worker, or similar role). Communication abilities and hospitality. Customer service professionalism and attitude.

Flexible Schedule:

Tuesday-Friday (9 AM

• 2 PM/2 PM
• 7 PM) and Saturdays (8 AM
• 4 PM) Ability to cover at other locations if necessary.
