Are you an experienced customer service professional who is friendly, organized, dependable, and fluent in both English and Spanish? We're looking for a Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing insurance office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced professional environment, and is looking for a position where they can grow and take on greater responsibilities over time. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play an important role in creating a positive and professional experience from the moment someone calls or walks through our door. You'll work alongside a supportive, motivated team that values excellent customer service, reliability, teamwork, and building lasting customer relationships. What You'll Do Greet customers and visitors warmly and professionally Answer, screen, and route incoming calls across multiple phone lines Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish Assist customers with general questions, including billing inquiries Identify customer needs and connect them with the appropriate team member Follow up with customers when needed to help ensure timely service Support daily front-office and administrative operations Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming office environment Accurately document customer information and communications Handle confidential customer information with professionalism and discretion Follow office procedures, company policies, and applicable data-protection standards Collaborate with team members to help the office achieve its daily goals What We're Looking For Fluent English and Spanish required — speaking, listening, reading, and writing Previous receptionist, customer service, administrative, or professional office experience preferred Insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional and confident telephone presence Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to comfortably manage multiple phone lines and competing priorities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask without sacrificing accuracy or customer service Dependable, punctual, and committed to completing work on time Positive attitude and strong work ethic Self-motivated and willing to take initiative Comfortable learning new systems and procedures Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment Basic computer proficiency, including email, Microsoft Office, and common office software What We Offer Competitive compensation Bonus opportunities Paid time off , including vacation and personal/sick days Professional experience in an established insurance agency Supportive and team-oriented work environment Hands-on training and opportunities to develop valuable insurance and customer service skills Opportunity to learn different areas of the agency Increased responsibilities as you develop in the role Growth and advancement opportunities within the agency Why Join Our Team?
