Our Southwest Florida Luxury Dealerships are growing and seeking individuals as unique as our brand to join our dynamic team. Work in a fun, professional and upbeat environment surrounded by luxury brand vehicles. Naples Luxury Imports is currently recruiting for a PT Front Desk Receptionist.
Requirements:
Outstanding phone etiquette Comfortable operating a Multi-Line Phone System Proficient in: Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Be organized and have a positive attitude Able to prioritize and multi task on their own Enjoys working with the public Professional appearance Daily responsibilities Greeting customers, answering & transferring inbound calls Relaying messages and placing outbound calls General clerical office duties Data entry & file management Various duties assigned by management
• Must be at least 18 years old
•Background check and Drug screen required Receptionist hours are as follows: Saturday 8:00AM-5:00
