Full-Time Our friendly and fast-paced dental office in North Miami is looking for a professional and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable working in a busy dental environment while providing excellent customer service to our patients. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Answer phone calls and assist patients with questions Verify dental insurance and assist with treatment plan coordination Collect payments and manage patient accounts Maintain accurate patient records and office documentation Qualifications Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) Previous dental front desk experience preferred Knowledge of dental insurance and dental software is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Full-time position Friendly and supportive team environment Modern dental office with updated technology Stable work schedule Opportunity for growth within the practice If you are a motivated professional who enjoys helping patients and working with a great team, we would love to hear from you.
