Job Title:
Front Desk (High-End Clinic) / Patient Concierge Are you a master of first impressions and schedule optimization? We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and flawlessly bilingual Front Desk who understands that they are the face and voice of our brand. You will be the "Director of First Impressions" for a top-tier aesthetic and dental facility. This isn't just about answering phones; it's about controlling the flow of the clinic, protecting the providers' time, and ensuring every patient feels like a VIP.Key Responsibilities:
1.Concierge Patient Experience White-Glove Service:
Execute flawless check-in and check-out processes. Greet every patient warmly, anticipate their needs, and ensure the waiting lounge remains immaculate.Patient Navigation:
Guide patients seamlessly through their initial paperwork, financing questions, and next steps before handing them off to the clinical team. 2.Schedule Mastery & Lead Conversion Inbound Conversion:
Act as the first point of contact for marketing leads. Answer calls with high energy and deep empathy, answering initial questions and expertly converting inquiries into booked consultations.Schedule Optimization:
Manage the providers' schedules strategically. Fill gaps, manage the waitlist, minimize no-shows through proactive confirmations, and ensure the daily flow is profitable and efficient. 3.Administrative & Operational Flow Flawless Documentation:
Ensure all intake forms, consents, and patient demographics are accurately entered into our EMR/Dentrix system before the patient sits in the chair.Payment Processing:
Handle transactions, balances, and financing options smoothly, maintaining absolute accuracy at the end-of-day reconciliation.What We're Looking For:
Experience:
Minimum 1 year.Software:
Comfortable navigating EMRs, scheduling software, and CRM platforms.Communication:
Flawless Bilingual communication (English & Spanish) is non-negotiable. You must sound professional, articulate, and confident in both languages. The "Unflappable"Factor:
