Front Desk Receptionist North Miami, FL | In-Person | $18/hr | Full-Time A well established and growing specialty trade company serving the South Florida design and construction industry is hiring a bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of their team. This is a company that cares about their people and offers real stability in a business built on long-term relationships.
What You'll Do:
Greet and welcome clients, contractors, and designers as they arrive Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and route inquiries to the right team Manage the front desk, sign-in procedures, and visitor coordination Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable Assist with scheduling, appointment coordination, and general administrative support Communicate comfortably with both English and Spanish speaking clients and staff
What You Bring:
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, required Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role preferred Professional, friendly demeanor with strong communication and multitasking skills Comfortable working a rotational Saturday schedule Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
