We are a growing veterinary practice located in Odessa, FL, serving the Odessa, Trinity, and surrounding communities. PM Wednesday:

9:00 AM•5:00 PM What We're Looking For We are seeking a motivated individual who: Provides excellent customer service in person and over the phone Maintains a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Multitasks efficiently and stays organized Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and team members Works well independently and as part of a team Maintains professionalism with an upscale clientele Responsibilities Answer phones and schedule appointments Greet clients and check patients in and out Clearly communicate doctor recommendations and estimates Process payments and manage client records Assist with maintaining cleanliness of the reception and lobby areas Support daily front desk operations and workflow Provide compassionate customer service to clients and patients Qualifications Minimum 1+ year veterinary receptionist experience required Experience with eVetPractice preferred (not required) Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Ability to work efficiently in a team environment We offer a welcoming, supportive culture focused on excellent client service and compassionate patient care.
