Become a part of our caring community As a Receptionist 1, you'll ensure every patient feels valued from the moment they arrive, functioning as the welcoming face of our healthcare facility. Working onsite, you will report to the Manager, Clinic/Center Administration. You'll manage front desk operations, support clinical staff, and help maintain a smooth and compassionate environment. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a dynamic setting and enjoys making a positive impact on others. As a Receptionist 1, you'll:
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, in person and over the phone, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, manage calendars, and collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient flow.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using EMR and CRM systems.
- Update patient accounts and collect copays when needed.
- Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide general information and empathy.
- Keep the reception area clean, stocked, and organized.
- Help with supply orders, inventory management, and courier coordination.
