It's in the relationships we build, the knowledge we keep gaining, and the premium products we stand behind. We're a Diamond Top Tier Wella salon offering luxury services in a welcoming neighborhood atmosphere, and our front desk is where that experience starts and ends for every guest .We're looking for a Front Desk Coordinator who loves people, stays calm when the book is full, and takes pride in keeping a busy salon running smoothly. You're the first face clients see, the voice on the phone, and the person who makes sure our stylists can focus on what they do best .

• What you'll do
• Greet every guest warmly and make them feel at home from the moment they walk in
• Manage the appointment book: scheduling, confirmations, rebooking, and keeping the day flowing
• Answer calls, messages, and inquiries with clear, friendly, professional communication
• Check clients in and out, process payments, and handle questions with care
• Recommend and sell retail products, and keep displays stocked and looking sharp
• Keep the front of house clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Work closely with stylists and management to keep the team in sync.
