Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to serve as a welcoming first point of contact for customers, visitors, and guests. This role combines front desk responsibilities, customer service, and general office support while helping create a positive and organized workplace. Responsibilities Welcome customers, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner. Provide information about products, services, and general company activities. Assist with scheduling appointments and daily activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Assist customers and visitors with requests and follow-ups. Maintain organized visitor and customer information. Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries. Support general administrative and customer service activities. Communicate customer needs and requests to appropriate team members. Assist with routine office organization and paperwork. Help ensure the front office operates smoothly. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
