Overview Join our vibrant team at a leading dog boarding facility as a Receptionist, where your energetic and friendly demeanor will create a welcoming environment for pet owners and their beloved dogs. In this dynamic role, you'll be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Greet pet owners and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression of our facility Manage reservations, check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately Answer phone calls, texts, and emails to respond to inquiries about services, pricing, and pet care needs Maintain detailed records of pet information, medical histories, and special instructions Coordinate with kennel staff to ensure pets are cared for properly and facilities are maintained Handle money and fill out financial paperwork. Properly administer medication to dogs that need it. Requirements Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary to handle supplies or assist with pets' needs Strong communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members Passion for animals with a genuine desire to provide compassionate care and excellent service Receptionist and money handling experience required Customer service skills required Fast learner Able to start
ASAP Computer Skills Shift Availability:
Weekday shifts are 1:00 PM-7:00 PM . Availability for either Saturday or Sunday is required, with 8- or 12-hour weekend shifts .
Pay:
$14.00 per hour
