Greet every client with warmth and luxury-level hospitality as they walk through our doors. Master the
Schedule:
Oversee appointment bookings, cancellations, and stylist schedules using our booking software to optimize daily flow and minimize gaps.
Client Communications:
Answer phone calls, manage emails, and handle client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Drive Retail & Memberships:
Educate clients on our premium services, memberships, and retail hair care lines to boost salon revenue.
Manage Front Desk Operations:
Open/close the register, handle cash/card transactions accurately, and keep the reception and retail area pristine and perfectly stocked. Support the
Team:
Act as the liaison between clients and stylists, ensuring smooth transitions and a collaborative team environment. What We're Looking For (Requirements):
Experience:
1-2 years of reception, front desk, or hospitality management experience (Prior salon, spa, or luxury retail experience is highly preferred).
Skills:
Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and multitasking abilities under fast-paced pressure.
Tech Savvy:
Comfortable using salon booking software and POS systems.
Demeanor:
A polished, professional presence with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
Availability:
Must be flexible to work weekends and standard salon hours.
