The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks and filing. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to the appropriate departments or personnel. Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping and filing of documents. Maintain office organization through effective filing systems and calendar management. Provide clerical support including typing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence. Handle administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and managing office supplies. Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong computer literacy with experience in office management software. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Bilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Previous experience perferred, but not required Familiarity with front desk operations and phone etiquette is essential. Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on providing support to clients. Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Experience in clerical roles, including data entry, filing, and administrative support is beneficial.
