Full Job Description Front Desk Person:
Part-Time Including Over - Night work We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk team member to serve as the first point of contact for owners, visitors, callers and . The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and support administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functioning.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner. Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages accurately. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming. Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Coordinate with other departments to facilitate communication and operations. Ensure security protocols are followed at the front desk.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative or customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in basic office software such as MS Office.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
