This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, stays organized and can keep things moving in a busy healthcare office.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting and checking in patients Answering phones and scheduling appointments Confirming appointments and following up with patients Collecting payments and handling basic front desk transactions Maintaining patient information and office records Helping keep patients moving smoothly through the office Supporting the doctor and other team members as needed We are looking for someone who is: Friendly, upbeat and professional Comfortable speaking with patients in person and over the phone Organized and able to handle several things at once Reliable and punctual Comfortable using computers and learning new software A team player who enjoys helping people Experience in chiropractic, medical or dental offices is helpful but not required.
