United Realty Group is looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist / Compliance Administrative Assistant to join our team in Plantation, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with front desk, receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or real estate office experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As the first point of contact for our Compliance department, you will provide exceptional customer service while supporting the department with administrative and operational responsibilities. Responsibilities Welcome clients, real estate agents, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Answer, screen, and direct a high volume of incoming calls using a multi-line phone system. Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and via email. Assist the Compliance Department with administrative support and daily office operations. Scan, upload, organize, and maintain electronic documents and files. Perform accurate data entry while maintaining attention to detail. Route inquiries to the appropriate departments. Schedule appointments and assist with general office coordination. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications Required Minimum 1 year of front desk, receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service experience . Experience answering and managing a multi-line phone system . Excellent customer service and communication skills. Bilingual (English and Spanish) required. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment . Professional appearance and positive attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel). Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Preferred Previous experience working in a real estate office, title company, mortgage company, or property management office . Experience supporting a Compliance Department , Transaction Coordination, or Real Estate Administration. Familiarity with real estate terminology and transaction documentation.
